Life sometimes throws me, a busy still, papaw, dad, coach, hubby, seemingly overwhelming issues. My cross is kept in my car in plain sight and when I see that visual reminder, I truly get a calming presence of perspective and am reminded of what My Jesus went through for me. I can feel his strength and presence from touching my cross or even gazing on it. From C. Mary This Yiayia grandma has used some of these crosses to encourage our little grandchildren (ages 4 through 12) to hold the wooden smoothness of this symbol to remind them how very much not only we love them as parents but how much more their heavenly daddy/Jesus loves them. They seem to be captivated by them and are just the right size for their little palms. I am so blessed to be a small part of wrapping them with His love and nearness. |
